you will feel it! many of the people I play with though, aim for your kit so you have to listen for your hits. I have been to games were I came away with a bleeder or two or a couple of welts but then there are also games where I've come away with nothing. this doesn't mean I did not get hit. It's simply because the caliber of players is much higher and they will aim for your vest or an area that is a little more covered. These are also games where people will 'think' they got hit and call hit even if they weren't.

this game/sport/hobby is all about honour and playing safe.
