problems with ebaybanned?
i bought 2 mp7 mags and a pair of goggles. (a few weeks ago but w/e) yesterday it finally got here. pretty exiting, i open it up just to find my goggles??? whats goin on here. i looked on the parcel thing it came in and it said (contents may have been opened by customs) it didnt say anything about a siezing. do they say if they seize ur shit.. did they seize it? plus wtf would they be seizing mags for. im pretty sure thats fin as long as it doesnt have any fake bullets. whats goin on. i think someone else was talkinng about they got there order in 2 different packages is thats whats goin on here??? need answers!! thx

Yes, Ebaybanned usually ships in different packages, so you will eventually get another package with the mags.
They do this most of the time when I buy from them.

They wouldn't ship that small of an order in 2 packages.
Send em an email and they're refund you or send out your items.

I received everything but two items. It included a: vest, glasses, helmet light, sling, rail system, and molle belt?
Think there may be a second package, I have already contacted them.

I had a 4 pc order from them come in yesterday, all in one big package.
What does the customs slip say the contents were? If it's been opened, I suspect your mags are now in CBSA's possession and you'll get a letter in like 3 weeks. Just because you CAN import it doesn't mean they won't hassle the fuck out of you about it.

He'll likely get the rest in a couple days. I can't believe how small of an order they will send in multiple packages sometimes. Just wait a bit you'll get them.

i asked paul and he gave me 2 tracking numbers. one of them was sent out of hong kong on sept 29 (goggles im guessing) and another was sent out of hong kong on Oct 4 (the mags) so i guess he just made 2 different packages and sent them on different dates for fun

Maybe some of items out of stock, so they shipped those items later one or two days. That's a good way, but pazzled some person. Also, the shipping fee for them will not change for delivering depart.

So I got my mechbox today after 4 weeks of them telling me they will ship it soon. The day it arrived I got an email saying "we will ship it soon". I'm not going to correct them and hope for another one to show up at my door step.

Placed an order Sept. 17. Got 1/2 last week, got 2/2 this week.
I ordered a Magpul single MIAD and they gave me the full kit... bonus.

After EBB fixes my order *and they BETTER fix it (see other EBB thread) I'm done ordering with them.
This was my first order and I thought "I'll give them a try". But they've screwed up so many things (tracking numbers that don't work, poor communication, missing items) I wouldn't consider giving them money again. |
