I HaVE IT FINALLY!

i dont have the manual, someone please tell me how to use it!
i just charged the battery and am standing by! lol

big newb here, but never seen anything as intricate as this gun
and WOW ITS HUGE!

WHERE does the battery go?

... Never seen a PSG-1 in person before.. but I'm gonna guess the battery goes in the stock...

As for where the battry goes. Copy Paste from a website

"access the battery compartment on the gun, the included adjustment tool must be used to loosen the butt plate. The knob-shaped tool is visible in the above picture. Once the plate is loose, it can be turned so that it's perpendicular to the stock, as in the above picture. Then, a little spring-loaded switch can be pulled back on the battery door, allowing it to be opened. The opened door is also visible in the above picture.

Putting the battery in is pretty straightforward. The PSG-1 can use either a mini, or an AK battery. I didn't have an AK battery on hand, but my 600 mAh mini battery fit perfectly. One interesting thing to note is that the instruction manual's diagram showing how the wires should be inside the stock is actually incorrect. The battery door won't close if you try to wire it like Tokyo Marui shows. Just use common sense, and it'll work fine."

thanks for the manual, i just checked arnies but did not find it lol, but no battery info thats my only issue here.

i can turn the stock, but dont see any area for battery
and bloody hell, i know this isnt the gun for me i dont want it, i just got it pretty much for free and its near mint condition, not a scratch.

yeap it is perfect, TM logo and all
its not firing...im thinking dead battery?

any way to test?
outside of gun? or is there an on button?
i just take off safety and do the loading procedure and no fire? not even dry

Maybe it's a real rifle? That could be why there is no space for a battery.

ya safety is off, i know that much lol
no sound...
the battery charged fine, 550 mah total charge, it got a touch warm like it should....so i would think the battery is ok?

...I thought you said you charged the battery. Did you connect it properly? Maybe the gun's broken, and that's why the guy sold it? If it doesn't work, bring it to a doc and maybe they'll have a look-see for you.
