Yea, plus I'd prefer to have it on the weapon so you can illuminate what your aiming at.

Headlamps are good for other things though

Well, the only time you'd need a "tac light" would be for room clearing, so its not like your making yourself out to be some huge target. Unless your a knob an using it while your out in the woods.

It's just new cause he made it for his Paintball helmet.

Don't know if it's very usefull compared to having it on your gun, but still neat.

surefire makes one that clips on to the side of a MICH. yours looks like canadian tire on a PB mask. Kudos to you sir!
