Buying a TM

Ok, I got my first airsoft last year, but it's a average AEG M83 made out of durable plastic. About a month after I got it the mag "blew up" and now I have to feed it 1 bb at a time. I was looking for a pistol now, and I came across the TM M9 Chrome GBB pistol. I fell in love with it the first time a saw a picture of it. Anyway I want this pistol and it's a TM so I know the quality is excellent. Only every site I've come across is american and when ever I email them about shipping to Canada they never reply. The price for this gun ranges from $140-210 american(which is in my price range) but when I found 2 canadian sites that had it the price was $260 canadian! Can someone help me find a good site with a reasonable price, and also if someone has this gun I'd like to know more about it's performance, and such. Thanks.

You can't order from a U.S site, you will lose your gun if you try.

Click at the top and take a look at ASC armoury, I am pretty sure they have the Chrome M9 in stock and it's even on special right now.

This is a good price remember the price of airsoft is not cheap remeber what dealers have to go thru to get you that gun. there is duty and broakerage fees on top of that.

you said I'll loose my gun if I buy from a U.S site, I'm guessing your talking about customs, yes? I bought my m83 from a place in California and it got to me. Are you sure they won't let it through?

There is always a chance that you will get it, but if your going to spend $250 on a TM M9 do you really want to take a chance, when ASC Armoury is a CDN retailer and they have what you want in stock. If you have a car you could drive there and get age verfied and take a look at all the other cool toys.

If you read the FAQ it will tell you allot of inforamtion and check the reviews if you want to know about the M9.

Alright well, I've done it before but of course that gun was a lot cheaper. I'm not going to risk it on a 200 dollar gun. Well anyway if you find the gun for the cheapest price post it. I'm getting an error(error 127) when I try the ASC Armoury.

Yeah it looks like there is a problem right now, I am getting an error too when I try to click the online store. I am pretty sure the Chrome M9 is on special right now at $230-240.

The best way is to read the FAQ and then call or email ASC Armoury for an appointment and get age verified at the same time. Assuming your 18 of course.

You may want a M9 now, but when you get to see some of the other great toys and hold then you will change you mind. Bring lot's of money too, I don't think I have ever stayed within my budget whenever I go.

Just making sure...the dealer War 4 is it
safe to get a gun from or should I still be looking at the ASC armoury? Because they have it for the cheapest price so far.

I'm sorry I just don't want to get ripped off. I'm short of money right now. I thought that the site might be safer for shipping because they have a link to it.

Dude how old are you? I guess you missed the fact that War 4 Toys was put under the International Retailers section so the customs rules still apply... If you're tight on funds do the mature thing and save up (or charge it to your credit card and pay for it later lol).

The only Canadian retailers are ASC Armoury and A&A Airsoft, if they're too pricey for you it's just too bad because they're the only game in town.

Don't need to be sorry, just read up on the FAQ.

It will tell you allot and you won't have to ask so many questions.

If you buy from anywere but a Canadian Retailer you will lose you gun to customs.

It isn't an issue of being ripped off, it's an issue of airsoft being more expensive in Canada than most other countries due to all the legal hassel Canadian retailers must go through and the relatively small market here. Even the best, cheapest Canadian retailer will 99% of the time be significantly more than the cheapest American retailer, that's just how it is.

There are (some times big) differences between the prices of Canadian retailers and you can shop around for the best deal in Canada, but to compare Canadian retailers with international ones is absolutely pointless.
