Vanguard Tactical BAT-BELT

Thought you guys might be interested in a little project of mine... Been toying with this design over the past year, just finalized everything yesterday.

The Breacher-Approach Tactical Belt (BAT-BELT) is a ridged, low-profile 2-Tier Integrated Belt System.

What it does...

The Ridged Inner Belt runs through the belt loops on your Combat Pants. The Outer Belt velcros right to the Inner Belt, going overtop of your belt loops offering a fully Integrated Molle Belt System that both holds your pants up and is load bearing. This offers a fast and easy way to don and doff your battle belt without the limitations and restrictions that comes with running two separate belts.

More pictures of different Colour Variants will be posted regularly.

Cheers boys!

That's sick!

Are you going to be producing them?

How much does one run?

I currently am producing the BAT-BELT. There are 20+ belts out and about in the Canadian Airsoft Community that I custom tailored for each individual.

Price is in the $150.00 to $200.00+ range. All depends on the options you choose. This is a highly customizable belt platform, both in regards to colour and features. The BAT-BELT is an entirely new design, each belt being stitched from the ground up. No adding onto or altering pre-exhisting products here.

Thumbs up

I was one of the first people to buy one of these belts and I love it. I got the OD green with metal buckle.

This belt will never come undone and it holds everything right where you want it. The only difference I can find between this and the ronin line of belts is the outer belt is not as stiff but this does not affect anything once you are wearing it.

The Ronin outer belts are 1.75 and these are 2inch. Making these easier to weave.

Interested!
What is the lead time for making these, and what type of material is used?

Lead time is approximately 4-6 Weeks due to the custom nature of the belts.

I utilize a Solid 2" Webbing for the Outer Belt with folded 1" Webbing for the Molle loops (Both are Mil. 17337 Webbing) I found that combination was the best as it kept the Molle the right size so it wouldn't interfere with weaving pouches onto the belt. Together with the inner belt, you'd be surprised at how little this belt shifts.

I aimed to keep it low profile and free of plastic stiffeners as I found the further the weight was from my body, the more the load tended to shift and become uncomfortable. I achieved this by using a hard nylon by-weave webbing for the inner belt. The outer belt is very flexible yet holds its form exceptionally well. Combined with the inner belt, once the buckle is done up the entire belt system cinches down around your waist and tightens everything up very nicely.

My Belt Setup

I have had this belt for about 4 months now, and I must say it is absolutely one of the best belts I've ever owned. I was super intrigued by the Ronin Tactics Sensei Belt at first, but I didn't want to go through the trouble of ordering it online, so instead I hit up Breacher. I'm glad I did, the construction is superb, it holds up beautifully, and webbing is exactly how I want it to be, and not to mention that it also is personalized to my liking, with the CNC Cobra Buckle and Multicam pattern. One of my favourite pieces of kit. 10/10

Do you have a date of when the final product will be released?
