Steyr AUG?

Heya,

I am very strongly leaning towards purchasing my first airsoft gun, or AEG, and was thinking that you guys would be able to help me out in some way

Anyway,

Would the AUG be a decent purchase? is it good or bad? and where could I find the cheapest deal on a TM-Steyr AUG? So that I know it has a reliable name such as Tokyo Marui!

Damn good gun. As long as you like the look. It was my first gun and I still love it. Good size, well built. Nice to work on. The cheapest place would be online on asc.

I got my aug from rangers airsoft and it was 465. I think they still have one in stock.

Get a custom battery and your good to go.

love my aug. still my favorite even though i don't get to use as much as i'd like. take a 9.6 1100mah mini battery and cut open the plastic wrap and fold the 2 bottom cells over onto the remaining 6 cells and retape it. then you'll get a decent rate-of-fire.using a 8.4 mini gives about 10 rds/sec. but the 9.6 gives about 14 rds./sec.
