Question about Airsoft in Ontario
Just bought my first Airsoft gun, its a GBBP from WE. Could I get some information on the laws in Ontario for having these guns used for film making? I can't seem to find anything specific through google.

Talk to you're local police, if you don't you could very well be staring down the business end of some real steel. In grade nine I remember makig a movie with cap guns behind a construction site. That was my firs and only experience with the tactical team...pretty terrifying.

Most municipalities require a shooting permit for video production, you could discuss it with the city when you file for your permit.

Probably not a good idea to shoot scenes in public with guns without it being cordoned off by police or bylaw enforcement at least. Might also need a props master on site. Some do it gratis for film students for capstone projects but they're hard to find and get time with.
