Legal status of nylon receivers
What is the legal status of guns with black nylon receivers that do not have the CAS regulation tinted clear lower receiver?

A black gun is a black gun, period. So it would have the same status as a full metal gun, prohibited from import.

There are no restrictions on travelling within Canada on domestic flights with airsoft. Check out the FAQ section for a sticky on the subject.
There is no such thing as a "CAS regulation". CAS is simply a distributor who started bringing in tinted receivers. |
