Do not need to be clear, do not need to have an orange tip.

With that said, do not order guns from websites not in Canada, and do not try to bring them across the border from the States or elsewhere.

Also, go take a gander at the FAQs, plenty of helpful info in there and it'll keep people from gettin' ticked off at you.
