Can someone tell me if it is possible to use 4.3 SD or FA frame, transfer all the parts from a hicapa 5.1...

the reason i am asking is i am pondering to buy a 4.3 frame since most if not all of the 5.1 frames are no longer available

Are these frames the same besides cosmetic and length?

Yes. Aside from the front part of the frame (rail or no rail, etc...) the frames are the same.
