more so I was worried if I got pulled over and police wanted to check out what's in the case.. be kinda weird cracking open a gun case and see a m4 or ak-47 or something, but alright thanks very much guys, sorry for the confuzion/stupidness

The orange tip is not gonna make a difference if you get pulled over in Canada. If you do, let them know what it is before you get pulled over and there (99.99%) is not going the be a problem. I've been pulled over by the RC's and they appreciated the fact that I treated it like a real firearm and that I was transporting it properly in a locked gun case. They actually thought it was cool, because they've never seen a realistic one before. They eneded up quizzing me for about 15 min on airsoft.
