Quick CSBA Question
Quick question;
Does the CSBA classify RAS kits the same as receivers? (Being that they are 'restricted' items?)

But they may have a bad hair day and decide to seize it anyway.

Thanks guys,
I guess it's like most other metal AEG parts, best to go through domestic dealers to skip any possible problems. I'm assuming that if RAS kits can technically make it through customs, than the restriction is on the receiver because it would house the firing mechanism for a firearm?

The receiver, mags with fake bullets, silencers, and whatever they feel like seizing on that day. You answered yourself, the only 100% safe solution is to buy in Canada.
And yes, I know some folks never had a problem, but others have. |
