The upper is really just a (precise) tube with some other junk on it. The lower is what actually initiates the firing sequence.

I was just at the border last week asking this very question. The customs guy at Fort Erie told me that if it is clear plastic like what you can get at Canadian Tire or Walmart then it shouldn't be a problem. Just be up front with them and dont try to sneak it in. I actually have my eye on the same gun and plan to import it around July.
He also told me some moron started an "incedent" at the border when he tried to cross with a replica stuck in his waist band. Gee I wonder why airsoft is in trouble with nobs like that running around. |
