Im loking at the catalogs here in Canada and I was wondering what thepower (fps) is easured with .12 or .2 g bbs

Really cheap guns are normally rated with .12 to make them look good. Most Marui are rated with .20 or .25 (last I looked). That represents far better what performance you could expect.
However, you are 16. You need to be 18 to purchase these things.
