coming in the mail is a MP5K by VFC. I'm wondering if anyone in the AS community has experience with HK slapping any of the HK weapons. if it comes down to it, I will get steel internals to allow the gun to sustain that kind of abuse. but I'm wondering if anyone has experience HK slapping stock MP5s.
inb4 VFC gbbs has shitty internals and will break upon 5 HK slaps |

The only MP5 I've ever had (and I've had lots over the years) that I'm 100% comfortable with doing the HK slap on is the G&G one. The way the charging handle is designed, it doesn't hit the front of the track, which is what causes all the others to break off. You can install a buffer in between the front of the charging handle tube and track with some closed cell foam like the blue backpacking foam & maybe some wood. Not sure if that would work on a gas one though.

Charging handles break on real steel HK MP5s, too, when the slap is performed regularly.
