Best bet is to fill out a support ticket:
http://airsoft-innovations.com/contact-us I am not generally on ASC often enough to manage support tickets in a timely basis. I do have a staff that is less negligent than I am though. We fix everything we make, except for silicone oil maybe. Try not to break your silicone oil.
