there are lots of Age Verifiers in the GTA
You may need to message more than one as some people are inactive at times and believe it or not, we all have a life outside of the game. Good Luck

Or you can look for local games and see if an AV is gonna be present. Most of us including myself don't go out on dates to AV people.

Update that, the GTA (I'm assuming this is what you meant) has the larges base of verifiers, sometimes you may need to travel to them to get verified, other times if you bribe them with a Tim's Coffee and Donut they might travel to meet you at a Tim's location.

Try retail stores that sell airsoft. Often you can get verified there.
