You can build one they make after market parts for the colt 1911

You'd have to buy the parts separately and then assemble them. But that would be easy to replicate provided you have the $$ for a custom 1911 job.

Guarder makes a conversion kit to turn an MEU in to a TRP.

You'll need to find a retailer willing to import such restricted items for you though.
