shipping things
How do you guys usually ship your guns? I mean what kind of procedures do you need to make sure that when you take the parcel to the post office, they don't see that it's a gun? Thanks.

I find wrapping it up in a box helps.

![]() Unwrapped guns, Canada Post and other couriers don't like this much. I usually put it in a box, make sure it is very secure inside, then wrap the box in Kraft Wrap (brown paper).

Yup, put it in a cardboard box, or if it already has the original gun box, turn it inside out and wrap it in paper or newspaper so that no gun pictures or text are showing through.
Either way secure it inside the box so it isnt banging around, and use lots of tape to package it up on the outside. |

That's part of what I do, use crumpled up newspapers and flyers to secure things inside a box. Works very good.

I hope you don't shred it; it would cause mass confusion.

I haven't done any transactions yet but if the original box isn't available I would try and stick some moulded styrofoam around the muzzle, and then have some packing nuts or something..
To prevent it from looking like a gun, putting it in a box is a good start.
