As stated before I am a big proponent of free speech. I do not see what this guy did as some kind of crime.

Yeah he is an idiot, but idiots deserve free speech as well.

Sure it's not a crime, but it's not exactly the smartest thing to do. I flagged the video simply because there's hundreds of 14 and 15 year old kids watching videos exactly like this on Youtube that will think it's funny to do now that older kids have done it. I personally don't give two shits, but then again I can use my noodle to NOT do stupid things and post them where my personal info is readily accessible. It's not what he did, it's what he spawned from doing it...

The crime he committed was not saying what he wanted, but for admitting to what he had done. He clearly said in one part that he smashed in a window with the butt end of the gun.

But it is only a crime if he smashed a window in a criminal fashion, against the owner's wishes.

If it was his window, who cares.

"There's this new house being built behind my house that i used to live in, took this gun...Just took it, "BAM" Right through the window. Broke the window out nice and easy. So its good for hitting people in the head."

Definitely NOT his property, nor was it neglected property. It was a window to a new house. I'm pretty sure that's vandalism.
