A stock spring probably won't return the piston fast enough. You'd probably strip it before going through a single mag.

That *could* work, if you file off teeth on the piston and the gears.
For a version 2 gearbox running such a high speed setup? A silent head set such as the Systema one or the Angel silent head set. |

1.what would happen if i just filed down two teeth on the piston? would that work?
2.If i were to get the Angel silent head set piston how well do you think my gun were to perform? |

....I think you are about to spend a lot of cash in a franestein gun that will not even make it to the field...
These mechboxes are not designed to take that much abuse. Even with an Angel piston head, I think the stress on the gears and box itself will break everything apart in a few 10th of BB's |

Got no problem with my setup...used it in an indoor game last weekend, probably shot off about 2000 BB's. But it took me quite a bit of experimenting to get to what I have though.

Much quieter and softer on your gearbox. This is the quietest silent head set available. |
