The launchers are Federal Laboratories 37mm Riot guns. Not sure of the exact version.

Fluorescent camos in a communist or ex country?

Probably to track down deserters easily... And the suppressor is useful to shoot them in the back while escaping.

That's a G36 not a T97 (The PLA uses the QBZ-95 currently and both it at the T97 are bullpups) and yes there is paint. My guess is they are airsoft guns since they appear to be in some sort of ceremony or something.
