My personal experience with every Element part I've tried is that they are generally crap. The only exception being their trigger blocks and wiring harnesses.

Element piston head failed in my experience but the piston, spring guide and gears work.

I have no experience with the motor, and I believe that it's quite new, so finding any info on it might not be possible for a while. Not all that many seems to make reviews of china-products either. From my personal experience, Element can be quite good, or just awful. Never get the light weight piston & piston head or bushings. That's some of the worst crap I've ever seen! Two friends of mine also suggested to stay away from the bore-up kits. There was no airseal altogether, plus inconsistent cylinder walls. Can't confirm the last one myself tho. Of the good stuff I've seen, includes the H-nubs, silent head set and their full steel teeth piston. The vortex spring guide and cylinders are ok quality.
As you can see it's a bit of a gamble with Element. If you try out the motor, please let us know what you think!

Considering how even some of the "better" motors strain on M120 and M130s. In the end you get what you pay for. Some of the Element stuff might be okay but they remain a second tier company. For the price you'll pay after shipping, I'd suggest you spend a few dollars more and get a Marui motor from airsoftparts.ca, at least you'll know what you're getting (and IMO the Marui motors are better than a lot of the other ones out there, save maybe Guarder's Infinite Torque motor which I had great results with).
