KSC USPc Tightbore...
I want to upgrade my KSC USP Compact with one of the KM or PDI Tightbore's, (preferably PDI). I don't want a metal slide or enhanced recoil spring, but is there anything I have to do to accommodate the tightbore?

What do you mean exactly? You're asking if you need to upgrade anything else? In that case, nope, just switch it out.
