I'm thinking i'm gonna have to go with the GHK with the reviews I have read. Though, i'll be honest, I'm not surprised with the issues shown.

Don't know why people are bitching about this gun. Mine is simply fantastic! Looks great! Feels great! Solid construction. Easy takedown. Easy access to bolt. Easy access to hop up adjustment. It is LOUD! The sound is definitely unique and you will be able to tell that it is the AK firing. Kicks like a mule.
420 fps on 0.2 gram BB's. Rate of fire is 8.6 rounds per second. Going to install an NPAS tonight to see how high and how low I can adjust the fps. So far, I am really impressed and lovin this gun. Keep in mind that I'm not an AK purist. But I am a fan of well constructed and beautiful guns.... And this is one of them. Also keep in mind that when I make my comments above, I am comparing to my current collection of GBBRs which include: WE M14 EBR WE HK416 open bolt WE M4 CQBR open bolt KWA MP9 So when I say loud, it is louder than all the above guns except for the MP9. That one is still king but not by a large margin. |

So how do you like your AK?
I'm curious to know other people's impression of this new gun, especially from the Canadian import version perspective. I have to do some accuracy and consistency testing, but so far, I really like it. Quote:

Has anyone tried putting wood handguards or wood pistol grip on their WE-AK? Does it work? Im thinking about getting RS ones but not sure if it would fit on the WE AK
