Is there a lot of runing in Airsoft game?

The only running I could imagine is running from the spawn point to the where the action is. Usually on the other side of the field.

I usually run to doge bull... i mean bbs and jump-tumble in the air in matrix-like slow-motion while my AEG distributes multiple headshots on the field.

we've got a guy who moves and runs around so much during a game I swear one day i'll clip a GPS logger to him just see where he's been...... (i think he goes to the beer store and doesn't bring me anything back....bastard)

haha don't forget to take into account for the load (gear, clothing, water, radio equipment, guns, mags batteries etc) you are carrying when you are running. Airsoft can be a very healthy sport...but...no one runs, they camp.

As long as you can sprint from cover to cover, or take advantage of darkness such as a night game, you should be ok

Take Short water + food breaks, keep hydrated, and you should be ok for days.
