Try Apollo hobbies in Burnaby near Lougheed mall or Burnaby Hobbies, if you really need to get them locally. The guy at Burnaby hobbies will make custom packs for you if you need to.

I still would think buying online would be cheaper tho. Ehobby Asia has them for pretty cheap and they ship fast.

Neither has their batteries listed online (they are not airsoft stores, they are hobby / RC stores), they're just local stores that can probably help you with batteries. Or just call / go visit their store and talk to the guy and see if they can help you.
