i was talking abou the specific gun tho, no the TM, the ICS. However i guess around $600ish

the most cost effective and easiest method is just to get a ICS AK and you can do other minor mods later because it comes upgraded already, maybe just add a tightbore and swap the stock spring for a better one and then maybe adding a wood kit on. instead of getting a marui and doing all the gear box, metal body upgrades

You can't buy it anyway, you have to be 18+ to buy and own.
