My guess is nobody's going to be able to tell from a picture alone. Really, your only hope is to find someone with a LOT of springs, with a method of testing their strength, with the time and willingness to help you.

Even a ruler would help a bit, as it stands no one can tell for sure, with a ruler, it'd still be unlikely, but less insane.

Actually we already figured out it's a Prometheus MS190 spring. Which is a bit too powerful.
