Can i change the spring in a marui m4 magazine?

I purchased a used marui m4 magazine for my G&P m4 and it has feeding problems. After comparing it to my G&P magazine the spring seems way weaker on the used marui...i opened the magazine and tried to stretch the spring, didnt work so well.Can i replace the spring ?

Sure, if you find a comparable one. Try hitting Rona first, or perhaps look online.
