Stupid question. Reason for me posting it here :P Do FPS springs in AEGs have a way they most be put in? Like mine isnt the same on both side. One is normal and one is wound(sp) tighter. Why side goes in first?

They're known by a few different names. Non linear pitch springs, irregular pitch spring, etc.
Supposedly non linear springs don't follow hookes law (I got this from googling), "k" can be variable and you require differing amounts of power to compress. Not to worry just install the spring with tighter coils on spring guide and you'll be fine. Also, it's well documented so if required check this thread out: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=37229

While on the subject could someone (with ACTUAL experience) confirm that if you bust the maximum FPS reversing the non linear spring will drop the FPS by N fps..
What N value can one expect Cheers

It's highly variable with your setup and spring power...but expect anywhere from 10-40fps drop by reversing a non-linear spring.
