Mags
Hi guys, I run an m4 on my loadouts and I was just woderin which type of mag you think is best for one of either CQB or woodlands: highcap (300 plus)- longer lasting, needs winding every 20 bullets vs. Mid cap (70 plus)- no winding, longer bursts, runs out quicker

Uh, not sure what the question is exactly but i'll just wing it.
Assuming you're curious what mag capacity is better. It doesn't matter overall. Personally I stick to low-mid caps just so i'm not tickling the bottom of my magazine all of the time, or making noise as I move about. There is no real better beyond what your personal preference is. |

I know that a lot of games will not accept hicap mags... so I'd say mid to low caps

Set yourself up with midcaps, if you ever attend a game where realcap is required, you can just shortload the mags

Midcas are nice. You dont get the rattle of bb's when you have a half mag, you can fire you gun upside down if needed. Magchanges are also a neat aspect of airsoft that most paintball guns dont offer.

IMO Go with the midcaps if you can. You don't have to keep winding the mag and when you empty a lot of BB's the Hicaps turn into "maracas".
That said. I've seen people rock like 2 low/midcaps and a full hicap (no rattling if there's no room for the BB's to move/rattle). You go through the first 2 mags first then the hi-cap. Personally last time I played I had to hire some gear and rocked one 120 round midcap and a full hicap. Pretty much no noise from the hi-cap and I only emptied the midcap close to the end of the round (the round lasted for about 10-15 mins) then probably shot 20-30 BB's from the hicap. I understand if you're a new player and only have the stock hicap but after a few games you should consider buying a box of midcaps (or your preferred mag capacity, I personally like the 68 round lowcaps)

Thanks, I think that I will go with mid caps, but I only have one problem... I hate having to load mid caps even with a speed loader. I had one which had a little lip that you had to press down to let bb's go into the mag, but if you weren't careful, all the bb's flew out of the mag and onto the floor. Is there any type of solution for this?

Most speel loader push that "lip" back themselves, which when you pull the speel loader back slowly closes and stops the BB's from coming out.
