How to become a retailer?

i've tried contact the webmaster, and some mod. but so far no answer!
is there anyone that know how i can become a retailer?

Spoon feed.

First things first, scroll down the bottom of the screen and click on the "contact us" button. Make a short write up about why you you wish to retail on ASC, what you can offer the community...blah blah blah. If your petition is accepted then you can scroll down the screen again and this time click on the red banner. Pay the retailer fees $52/month and you get your retailer banner and access to start threads in the retailer section.
