my apologies for the poor resolution on playback. the clarity of my last minute made bb shield was affecting the camera's focus,,i didnt think it would be that sensitive but in the end it wreaked havoc on the resolution. well,,here's what i have,,more to follow.

the lag was operator error. in my mini dv cam i filmed in lp mode, so thinking it would be ok for the new dvd camcorder i filmed in the same lp mode. i later discovered (according to the manual) that the footage is degraded in that setting. the next round of videos will be filmed in the camera's HQ setting.

yes i will be at the mil/sim.
