How much does Duster gas decrease velocity?

So I want to start using a KWA MP7 But my indoor field requires 330 or less FPS and I heard duster gas decreases FPS but how much?
and another question, when using a duster adapter do I have to ad silicone anywhere? and is that HFC duster any better then regular store duster?

why don't you get the lower power valve from kwa and just run propane? There is a factory 300 fps option.

I experimented with duster gas in my G39. It knocked a good 100 fps off my velocity, and yet could still cycle the action. I just did it to try. Using propane with an NPAS valve was definitely the way to go for me. YMMV
