Cheap 1911/1911A1 Wood Grips at Deal Extreme
http://s.dealextreme.com/search/Wood+Pistol+Gun+Grips
I don't know if the quality is any good, and I already have wooden grips for my 1911A1... but at 26$ with shipping included, it's really cheap for real wood grips. It's certainly better looking than the plastic grips that ships with most 1911s. ![]() ![]() ![]()

That's the cheapest I've ever seen real wood Springfield Armory pistol grips! Their an odd color though. I'm not familiar with Sandalwood, is it stainable to make it darker?

its probly sealed against moisture if you wanted to stain it you would probly have to give it a light sanding, then any stain should work (cause it soaks into the wood grain)
ps reckless, i love the quote |
