Marketplace was making a straw man argument when it claimed that Canadian law doesn't seriously prosecute the misuse of all guns. If someone using a pellet (or airsoft) gun to rob a store doesn't get charged with the full potential weight of the law, that's the fault of the crown prosecutor, not the law.

When I meant PAL I meant by making it mandatory to have a license to own airsoft/ pellet gun. It meants airsoftwould be legalize similiar to what Brian said.
