No shit, I've taken a direct point blank .177 round out of a CO2 powered pellet gun before, and it didn't embed itself all that deep.

Seriously, go to the doctor for this, if it hadn't healed up already I'd say go for it and cut the fucker out. But having lost tendons in my hand, I can tell ya its something you don't want to fuck around with.
