Did you lube the cylinder head o-rings, cylinder, piston head o-rings, and inside the nozzle? You have to lube it with cylinder oil, I don't know what it is but I don't think it's silicone oil. I use the G&P oil set from redwolf.

tried it on an mp5? I have the same on my m4 and it works like a charm. its my mp5 thats having issues
I did lube everything before installing and gotten the same results. my stock cylinder and cylinder head didnt even have lube in them and shot perfect and better than the upgraded one.
