Now I don't remember exactly what ASC rules say, so correct me if I'm wrong. As long as I don't buy through ASC then it's OK isn't it? If it is OK from E-mailing the CBSA, CFC and airsoft retailers, I don't think it is truly breaking a law.
Apparently if you are not importing a Replica Firearm, no license is needed.
