i found when i signed up to this site
http://www.gamefaqs.com/ their rules are pretty good... for starters they make you read a extra page about the rules and things about posting, and they only let you post 10 times a day with 1 of them being a thread.... dont know how long this probation goes for but i like it so far....
p.s. its a really good site for videogames....
