You should be ok, since frequencies are like precision mesuring.

If the FRS channel is, in example: 400.2500 and you broadcast to 400.2505, the FRS radio might hear you, and you will hear him, unless your radio is set to filter very tightly those frequencies.

FRS radios don't usually have a tight filter.

That's why you sometime have interference with 2 channels that are set to frequencies close to one another.
