doesn't matter dude, fine this time, wat about next time wen the bb hits the persons pupil and gets lodged in their choroid coat or it goes down their ear canal and ruptures their eardrum or goes down their throats and gets stuck in a bronchi/bronchiole or hell they shoot some1 with a t-shirt/wifebeater on and it breaks the skin and ends op in the brachial artery or some other artery, shit like that can happen dude. you have to understand that you CAN NOT let a young kid like that play with things like this, u shouldn't have to give him a talk...he just shouldn't ever have one in his possession that he should need the talk.
