After actually reading the G&G description I see they are boasting a Magnesium body. I believe the ICS is an Aluminum alloy (maybe an Alumo-Magnesium alloy for all I know). Also, the G&G comes with a low profile rail, and if there is anything the MP5 lacks, it's rails (and MP5s quite often look the best covered in accessories).
