If that is your goal, then i would suggest a Guarder FTK like i mentioned earlier. It comes with everything you need to get to where your going. Your motor will be fine for this upgrade, that is if you have an EG1000. But a 9.6 volt battery would be a must, your 8.4 would wear out very quickly.
