Gun problem

Hey there. I recently purchased a G&G CQB-H AEG. The gun fires at 390 FPS with .20s. It has a 6.04 tightbore and this gun shoots quite well. I run in it a 9.6v x 2000mil nimh battery. I charge my batteries using a Intellipeak deluxe pulse charger and follow the directions on how to slow charge batteries of this type. My problem is that I can only get about 1000 shots out before the battery can no longer supply the motor enough power to fire the rifle. But when I take out that battery, and put it in my TM M4. Which shoots about 370 FPS with .20s, The TM M4 will still shoot for quite a long time... I've taken in my batteries to be tested and they all passed. Can someone advise or give me some suggestions on how to solve this problem. Is there a problem in the mech box or wiring?
