They're based in the Philippines and I've contacted their guy, Richard, a while ago about the awesome custom jobs they've done. He got back to me pretty quick so at least I know that they have good customer service. They had an aluminum SCAR-type upper receiver made to fit onto standard M4 bodies that looked damn fine...unfortunately after S&H it came to $250USD just for the upper receiver...
