Just wanted to update. Yeah, it's the switch. I pulled it and checked it against my 11.1 1250 mah li-poly and my son's 8.4 1100 nicd. The switch would stick w/ either one, but was more inclined to w/ the li-poly. I put some silicone spray in where the little push switch is and it seemed to help. I suspect the switch is hanging up on inside plastic housing cast traces or it is arcing. Ibby- I appreciate the info and ideas-I'll definitely do that.
