What I wonder most about then is the requirement to plug in the battery first before plugging the charger itself. None of the chargers I have ever used recommended that practice.
What size of battery and exact type are you trying to charge again? That too makes a difference. Minis dont tend to be able to take that much amperage at a fast charge. They can and will blow up.
